Staff

At our core, we desire to build relationships with every person we interact with, from campers to parents to church leaders. Our staff is hand-selected based on a character of integrity and deep desire for outdoor adventure, authentic relationships, and Biblical truth.

Summer Staff

Each week we will send a team of enthusiastic, Christ-like college students to facilitate City Camp at your church. We have a rigorous hiring process, in which we interview hundreds of applicants, run background checks on those hired, verify references and require an extensive training process which educates staff on preventing and/or identifying abuse.

Insurance

Camp Eagle will provide a certificate of insurance evidencing Commercial General Liability coverage with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 aggregate, naming the lessor as an additional insured.

Programming

City Camp will provide all necessary components to program an incredible week of camp on your property. This will include: activity class equipment, staff, Bible studies, games, skits and more. Additionally, each camper will be provided with a link to all the photos and videos captured that week, as well as a certificate from his/her counselor to take home.

Our Commitment

We understand this is a large undertaking, but we commit to being there by your side every step of the way. We will provide a qualified staff member to assist you through the planning, marketing and registration. They will be available by phone and email throughout the entire planning process. We will also plan an on-site visit well before summer to help plan out the usage of space in order to run camp. This on-site visit will include meeting with church leadership to build relationships as well as discuss details and answer questions face-to-face. We commit to providing a Christ-centered environment for your children and students as well as quality programming to encourage each child to grow closer to the Lord. We commit to working to make this a pleasant experience for everyone involved, including church leadership, parents, campers and host home families.
